Registration incudes 2 nights hotel, ONE blanket per team, choice of hat for each teammate, miscellaneous smaller swag items and food, and rally graphics. Optionally, you can purchase extra blankets or polar run flannels if you would like to.
The 2026 rally will be taking place the weekend of February 13-15, 2026. The rally will take off Friday morning from Stillwater, MN and conclude the same evening in Marshfield, WI.
Teams will have all of Saturday to do whatever they want, including an optional second day of back road exploration.
All teams will be staying in the same hotel, which is included in registration. Rooming options include one team in one room (standard), or two teams can elect to share one room for those looking to keep the rally as affordable as possible. And for the fancy folks, you can choose to add a second room if you need some space from your teammates for the weekend.
The price of registration includes the following:
-2 Nights lodging at Hotel Marshfield in Marshfield, WI
-Coffee, Lattes, Fufu Coffee Drinks, Donuts, & Muffins the morning of the rally
-Snacks & Dessert at awards on Saturday evening
-Polar Run Graphics for your rallymobile
-1 Polar Run Sherpa Luxe Throw Blanket
-Choice of Baseball or Winter Hat for each team member
-Available for purchase: Polar Run flannel, and additional blankets & hats
Lodging at the Official 2026 Destination is included in your registration cost. If we fill all blocked rooms, the price of lodging will be discounted from registration and you will be responsible to book your own room.
